🏋️ Gym score 51: Music rated 4.2/10 — lowest member satisfaction driver. Members consistently report the atmosphere feeling flat, particularly during off-peak morning sessions. Test: introduce curated playlists by time of day (upbeat 06:00–09:00, focus 09:00–13:00, energising 17:00–20:00). Bologna introduced zoned music and saw +14% gym utilisation and +0.9pts NPS over 6 weeks.

🎤 Event spaces score 58: 56% of bookings are under 20 people but the auditorium seats 250+. Test: moveable partitions for sub-80-person formats. Estimated €800/month revenue uplift.
